News: Learning and employment records will make skills “the language” for hiring

The Charles Koch Foundation spoke to Walmart’s Sean Murphy about SkillsFWD and how learning and employment. records (LERs) will help people find work that matches their unique aptitudes and interests.

“LERs are personalized digital records that tell the story of a person’s career journey and showcase what they know and what they’ve accomplished.
